Students of the 6th grade of the elementary school Stročja vas in Slovenia played with the STARS Game escape rooms on March 24th 2023, which turned out to be a very special day for them. This class, full of curious students, were devoted to the STARS Game project during all day.
On Friday the students gathered in the school computer room in the morning at 8:20h. There were 15 students in the class, who were mainly 11 years old. They first listened to the workshop about science and what is a science method, where they filled up 3 different questionnaires during the 2 hours when they also shared their experience with science.
In the next 2 hours, students were divided in 5 groups and played with 2 different escape rooms that have been developed within the project STARS Game and also translated into Slovenian. Most of the groups finished not only one, but both escape rooms. They could enter in the additional 2 escape rooms later on. The students were curious and engaged throughout the whole day, especially when playing with the escape rooms and finding clues how to continue.
